These terms govern use of the PIXELYRA website. They do not replace the terms of a specific engagement or commercial proposal.
1. Website content
Content presents PIXELYRA’s services, approach and creative world. Studies identified as concepts are exploratory demonstrations, not commissions delivered to clients.
2. Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, the PIXELYRA identity, copy, visuals, animation, interfaces and graphic elements are protected. No right to reproduce, adapt or exploit them is granted without written authorization.
3. Acceptable use
You must not disrupt the website, bypass its protections, attempt to access restricted areas, transmit malicious content or misuse forms.
4. Project requests
Submitting a form does not create a contractual relationship and does not guarantee availability, acceptance or a final estimate. A commitment arises only from an agreement confirmed by the parties.
