PRIVACY
Privacy policy
This policy explains how PIXELYRA collects, uses and protects information submitted through this website.
1. Information we collect
When you send a request, we may collect your name, contact details, organization, project details and, for an immersive project, any building photos you choose to attach. Limited, pseudonymized technical data may be used to prevent abuse.
2. Purposes
This information is used to answer your request, assess a project, maintain the relationship and protect the website. PIXELYRA does not use it for behavioural advertising and does not sell it.
3. Consent
The form requires explicit consent before submission. You may withdraw consent, subject to legal obligations and reasonable retention needs connected with an active request.
4. Hosting and providers
Requests may be stored with infrastructure providers selected by PIXELYRA. Brevo may transmit notifications and confirmations when configured. Providers receive only the information required for their role.
5. Retention and security
Access is limited to authorized people. Server-side controls, data validation, rate limiting and private attachment storage are applied. Information is deleted or anonymized when no longer required, subject to applicable obligations.
6. Your rights
You may request access to or correction of your information, ask questions about its handling or request deletion where permitted by law. Email info@pixelyra.ca and enter “Privacy” as the subject.
7. Cookies and measurement
Google Analytics 4 loads only after your optional permission. It may then place measurement cookies and process pseudonymized data to help us understand website use. Google signals and advertising personalization are disabled. Google may process this data outside Québec or Canada. You may decline or withdraw your choice at any time through the “Privacy choices” link in the website footer. Strictly necessary cookies may also be used for security and administrative authentication.
8. Person in charge
PIXELYRA management acts as the person responsible for the protection of personal information. It can be reached at info@pixelyra.ca by entering “Privacy” as the subject.
9. Changes
This policy may evolve with the services and applicable obligations. The update date identifies the current version.
